    I have battled my weight for 30 years. Well really 40 years.I even had weight loss surgery and lost 60 pounds. I want to loose at least 20 more but have held steady for the last year. Joined the gym. wouldn’t go but my partner pouts if I don’t go lol. My response is your damned if you do and damned if you don’t. So I’m still trudging along.Oh by the way I have no answer. l

      like I say it is a never ending story, even if you lose the weight the battle is never over. O well.

I like a lot of battled with maintaining a good weight for me, and everyone losses differently some with lots of exercise some with what is eaten, and for me it is the later, though exercise is great for overall health, heart and blood pressure, for me, I have to choose to eat certain foods to shed the weight. And yes I have read all the books and could write one myself, and yes I have used prescribed diet pills,(Climbing the walls, but lost weight) tired the over the counter products, (those did not work) for me, So I dont have an answer for anyone, I know, for me, that it is a total “Lifestyle change”.

      I think any of us if we have to watch our weight have tried it all. Yes, it is lifestyle change, but I need to get my sweet tooth pulled. lol

  3. I don’t even use the “W” word anymore. But I did start a water aerobics class that I love and it surprisingly is helping. Never too late. Thank you so much for linking at #overthemoon!       I understand about the “W” word. lol I stay away from scales as much as I can. I do spin 4 days a week which I really enjoy.
