1. Oh no. Sorry to hear the product didn’t work at all but thanks for sharing it with us! I’ve tried many slimming products when I was younger, none worked nor had a lasting effect on my weight. Since I’ve given up on losing weight, ate as healthy as I can and walked everywhere, the weight just fell off. Funny how things work.

      I have little slips when I try something new to lose weight. But over all, like you, I try to eat right and exercise. The weight goes no where but I feel good. Thanks for reading.

      I am big on low carb. I find I do best with no bread or pasta. As I have gotten older I get very sluggish when I have too many carbs.

  2. So many diets, ways of eating, whole foods, paleo, weight watchers, etc., etc. Enough to drive people to eat more. Everyone has to find what works best for their specific body type, metabolism, needs, etc. If it doesn’t work, move on and try to eat healthy, whole food.

  3. Sorry to hear that the products didn’t work for you. But it’s nice to see an unbiased review. I hate exercise so I manage my weight by calorie counting using MyFitnessPal. It’s the only thing that has worked for me. As long as you are consistent, I strongly believe it can work for anyone! #ProductReviewParty
