  1. I would definitely wear something with sleeves (preferably 3/4 sleeves). You can certainly wear a blazer or cardigan over the dress (floral) but make sure that its fitted and hits you at the waist. You will find that this elongates your body instead of making it look short. However, the wrap dress looks fantastic on you without the blazer. If you find yourself chilly, wear a shawl over the dress 🙂

    Hope that helps!

  2. I think it looks great without the top shirt. It is a lovely dress and you look great wearing it. Maybe you can find a fitted blazer as the lady above says. But only if you are cold. otherwise, it looks great.

Thank you so much, I do love the dress and get so tired of wearing cardi’s. I do have a fitted blazer, which until someone mentioned it I had forgotten about. lol

  3. I definitely think the dress looks great on you, and your arms are perfect!
I echo the others in saying, only take a wrap or covering for the temperature!!
I would love to see you pictures bigger? I know, I just had a reader ask me to make mine larger so she could see the details, and now I know why!!

Thank you for the comments. I agree about the larger pictures. We are new at this photo business and trying to work it all out.

Thank you for hosting. Yes, larger and more pictures are on the to do list. We are new to the photo taking and trying to work it all out. I love dresses in the summer so I have dozens of cardi’s.

  4. I love shopping with my daughter and thankfully, she seems to enjoy shopping with me. I, too, have a preference for sleeves but I agree that an overshirt is not the right look with your dress. Have you tried a lightweight, swingy cardigan or even one with an open crocheted look?

  5. I agree with the others…I think the dress looks fabulous with nothing covering it. You have lovely arms so I don’t think you need to worry. However, if you are concerned of a chill in an air conditioned venue, then perhaps a light weight cardigan that hits at the waist or a simple pashmina wrap.

Thank you so much for commenting. After I found that dress I ended up finding one with sleeves which really helps. I enjoy reading your blog.
